Location: Mountainview Elementary School, Morgantown, West Virginia
Workshop participants will learn a variety of pieces. They will also explore ways to alter those pieces into new experiences in order to keep interest--both as the student and as the teacher.
Betsy currently teaches music to the Lower School students of Garrison Forest School in Owings Mill, Maryland. Previously, she taught at the Key School in Annapolis, Maryland and in the Fairfax County Public School system in northern Virginia. Betsy studied at the Orff Institute in Salzburg, Austria. She is a certified Orff-Schulwerk teacher and teacher trainer. In her free time, she can be found swing dancing or singing with local jazz groups.

Take the I-68 Exit (first Morgantown exit)
Once on I-68 take exit 1 toward Morgantown.
Follow Route 119 North to Greenbag Road (a left off exit ramp).
Turn right on Greenbag Road. School is approximately 2 miles on left.
From the North:
Take I-79 South toward Morgantown.
Take the I-68 exit (last Morgantown exit)
Once on I-68 take exit 1 toward Morgantown.

From the East:
Take I-68 West to Exit 1, University Avenue.
