Michael Beyl is in his 23rd year as a music teacher. He holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Masters of Music from the University of Memphis. He has taught at all levels of music from K-12 at various schools in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Tennessee. Currently he is an Orff music specialist at John P. Freeman Optional School with the Memphis City Schools. He has published one book, entitled Four in a Boat and 10 other songs girls and boys will love. He has presented sessions at the AOSA Conferences in Las Vegas and Birmingham, as well as at local chapters in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Tennessee, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.
